On September 4, 2026, the Punjab Government officially announced the second phase of the CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme through its official portal. According to the government’s statement:

Who will be eligible for the e-bikes being launched by the government through the CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme 2026? There are some criteria that you have to fulfill, and only then you can be eligible.

• First of all, you should be recognized by HEC, meaning your degree should be recognized.
• For the CM E-Bike Scheme, students from both private and government institutions will be qualified.
• The most important thing is that your domicile must be from Punjab. If your domicile is from any other province, such as Sindh, Balochistan, KPK, or Gilgit-Baltistan, then you are not eligible. Only students from Punjab are eligible for this.

حکومت کی طرف سے شروع ہونے والی ای بائیکس کے لیے کون کون سے لوگ اہل ہوں گے؟ اس کے لیے چند ایک شرائط ہیں جو آپ کو پوری کرنی ہوں گی، تب ہی آپ اہل ہو سکتے ہیں۔

• سب سے پہلے جو ہے وہ آپ کو ایچ ای سی کی طرف سے تسلیم شدہ ہونا چاہیے، یعنی آپ کی ڈگری تسلیم شدہ ہونی چاہیے۔
• سی ایم ای بائیک اسکیم کے لیے نجی اور سرکاری دونوں اداروں کے طلبہ اہل ہوں گے۔
• جو سب سے اہم بات ہے کہ آپ کا ڈومیسائل پنجاب کا ہونا لازمی ہے۔ اگر آپ کا ڈومیسائل کسی دوسرے صوبے یعنی سندھ، بلوچستان، خیبر پختونخوا یا گلگت بلتستان سے ہے تو آپ اہل نہیں ہیں۔ صرف پنجاب کے طلبہ اس کے لیے اہل ہیں۔
• اس کے ساتھ آپ کا موٹر سائیکل لائسنس ہونا بھی بہت ضروری ہے۔ اگر آپ کا لائسنس نہیں ہوا تو بھی آپ درخواست نہیں دے سکتے۔

Step-by-Step: How to Online Apply For E bike Scheme 2026

• 
  Step 1: The official government portal is bikes.punjab.gov.pk. First of all, you have to visit it on your mobile or laptop. You can use either one.
• Step 2: Okay, first of all, you have to register. You can register using your mobile number. In addition, you can provide your CNIC number. First, you have to sign up using either of the two.
• Step 3: As soon as you sign up, after signing up, a form will open in front of you. You have to fill in all your personal details in that form. I have already told you what required documents you will need, so you have to add all those documents here.
• Step 4: Here, in Step 4, you have to upload your educational data, meaning which class you are studying in and what your grade is, according to that.

مرحلہ 4: یہاں پر مرحلہ چار میں آپ نے اپنی تعلیمی معلومات اپ لوڈ کرنی ہیں، یعنی آپ کون سی جماعت میں پڑھتے ہیں اور آپ کا گریڈ کیا ہے، اس کے حساب سے۔

مرحلہ 5: یہاں پر آپ کے جتنے بھی ریکارڈ اور دستاویزات ہوں گے، جب آپ اپ لوڈ کریں تو ان کو اچھی طرح چیک کر لیں کہ آپ نے کوئی غلطی تو نہیں کی۔

مرحلہ 6: آپ نے اس کے بعد درخواست کو جمع کر دینا ہے۔ جمع کروانے والے بٹن پر کلک کرکے اپنی درخواست جمع کریں گے۔

مرحلہ 7: جب آپ اپنی درخواست جمع کر دیں گے تو اس کے بعد آپ کو کچھ دن انتظار کرنا پڑے گا تاکہ آپ کی درخواست منظور ہو جائے۔ اگر آپ حکومت کی بائیک اسکیم کے معیار کو پورا کرتے ہیں تو آپ اس بائیک اسکیم کے لیے اہل ہو جائیں گے۔
